The X Fitness Tradition
Although X Fitness formally opened in 2001 at the Welland location, the gym operated as a private facility in Port Colborne for over two decades, transforming a number of novice athletes into elite competitors by designing and delivering sport performance strength coaching.

The X Fitness tradition continues. Coaching methods have been published, and athletes continue to be coached. And, X Fitness continues to sponsor amateur football as it has for over two decades.
